Meeting held at Eetail Union, Jamalpur CCC
A meeting was held on 20 December at the Eetail Union in Jamalpur which was jointly organized by CCC and TIB. Held at the Shoilerkanda High School premises, the meeting was chaired by CCC Convener of Jamalpur Advocate Nazrul Islam Dulu. Chairman of Eetail Union Parishad Hafizur Rahman was present along with other members of the Parishad and gave answers to various queries of the audience. Mr. Rahman also briefed the audience about his plans regarding construction of roads, electricity supply and healthcare facilities.
Earlier, a discussion meeting with the newly elected officials of Jamalpur Municipality area was also held on 18 December. Ward Commissioner Mohammad AsmatUllah was present to talk about his municipal area. Held at the Muslim Government Primary School premises, the meeting was chaired by member of the CCC Professor Meer Ansar Ali. It was also attended, among others, by CCC member Advocate Jahid Anwar, Sukumar Chowdhury, Mostofa Babul and a large number of local residents. Discussants at the meeting talked about various problems of the Municipal area and suggested ways to overcome them.
