Kushtia, 06 November 2023: Kushtia Sadar Upazila Land Office is actively working to address all land-related issues. To resolve any land-related problems, individuals are encouraged to contact the land office directly rather than relying on brokers. The online system sends messages to all applicants through mobile notifications. It is essential for landowners to maintain accurate documents to avoid any harm or harassment.

Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Kushtia Sadar Upazila, Dabir Uddin, emphasized this during a public hearing held on 06 November 2023, jointly organized by Kushtia Sadar Upazila Land Office and the Committee of Concerned Citizens (CCC), Kushtia. He stated that efforts were being made to provide land services promptly to service seekers.

Mr. Dabir Uddin, Assistant Commissioner (Land) of Kushtia Sadar Upazila, conducted the public hearing. Officials from the land office examined the documents of all participants and promptly addressed their cases. Approximately one hundred service seekers took part in the public hearing.

As part of the event, the Youth Engagement and Support (YES) group of CCC, Kushtia, conducted a Satellite Advice and Information (AI) Desk campaign to assist in resolving land-related issues. Information sheets covering topics such as mutation, e-mutation, land service fees, land development tax and tax rates, miss cases, and steps in online applications were distributed during the campaign.
